The particle counter is a precision instrument, and if it is used for a long time, it may have some minor problems. However, the cost of returning the instrument to the factory for repair is high and the cycle is long. In this small class, we will teach you a few simple self checking and self-study tips about desktop computers. Let's learn them now!
Firstly, observe the status of the air pump to see if it is working:
1.The air pump is not working. Firstly, consider whether the air pump fuse is blown. After troubleshooting the fuse issue, if there is still a problem, contact the manufacturer for repair;2.2
2.The air pump is working. It is necessary to check whether the positive and negative pressure pipes connected to the air pump and the instrument are tightly connected, whether there is any air leakage, and whether the positive and negative pressure pipelines are aging.
After confirming that there are no issues with the air pump and positive and negative pressure tubes, then check the instrument itself:
1.Firstly, check the positive and negative voltage settings to see if they have been manually adjusted. If any adjustments have been made, please return to the correct position;
2.Check the rubber ring of the pressure chamber to see if it is aging (you can test the elasticity by hand). Aging rubber rings can cause insufficient sealing of the pressure chamber, resulting in pressure not rising.
Consider whether to clean the instrument in a timely manner after each use. If the instrument is not cleaned in a timely manner, it can easily cause pipeline aging and affect the accuracy of counting results;
Observe the injection injector tubing. If there are bubbles in the injection tubing, it is likely that the laser tube is blocked. At this time, the "recoil" operation can be used to perform the test after recoil.
